The Golden Era of the Gibson Thinlines |
This is a mint 1961 ES-355TD with the super cool Flash Gordon vibrato tailpiece. Personally, I can't use vibrato tailpieces, but this version is the coolest looking.
And what a great color. This thing looks almost new. There is something about the look of 355's that is just very classy. The extra binding, the tortoise guard, the ebony, and the gold. Beautiful guitar.
